What This Division Is
Not Today Studios’ Film & TV division is currently in a development and exploration phase.
Our focus is on supporting independent filmmakers at an early stage, learning the production process from the inside, and building long-term relationships with creative teams and collaborators.
At this stage, we are not a full production studio and do not offer production services.
We plan to support selected independent film and screen projects through platforms such as Kickstarter, Indiegogo, and other early-stage funding routes.
Our involvement is intended to be modest, transparent, and aligned with projects that share our values around strong writing, creative ownership, and sustainable production.
Where appropriate, this support may include a Not Today Studios producer credit or splash screen, reflecting our role as an early backer rather than a production lead.
How We Get Involved
Original IP — In DevelopmentAlongside supporting independent projects, Not Today Studios is also developing a small number of original narrative IPs internally.
These projects are currently in early development and are being explored with long-term potential in mind — including publishing, interactive, and screen adaptation where appropriate.

While our involvement will evolve over time, we are particularly drawn to:
Independent feature films and short films
First- or second-time filmmakers
Strong writing and character-led storytelling
Projects with clear creative intent and realistic scopes
As other divisions of Not Today Studios grow and generate sustainable income, this arm may expand into deeper co-production, development support, and original in-house screen projects.
For now, our priority is learning, supporting great work where we can, and building a solid foundation for the future.
